*Edit: boyfriends power went out and he found this moon light a suitable lightsource for dinner.*I got this for my boyfriend after he spent a lot of time and money creating a really nice ~vibe~ in his room. It looks really cool and fits great with the look he was going for.As he opened it, i said "if it looks tacky, we can return it and find something else!" But we were both really surprised with the quality once the box was opened and especially when we turned it on. It's durable and very detailed. The texture definitely adds to the look of it being an actual planet/moon.I took away one star because the remote triggers other lights in his room, changing the settings, even though the remotes for each are very different. (I.e. changed the moon light to purple and the string lights across the room change from a fading setting to a noise responsive setting) Not a huge deal, but is a little annoying. Something to consider if you have multiple lights that are remote controlled.Also, the little metal nub on the bottom that allows you to change settings/colors without the remote is VERY sensitive. Again, not a huge deal. But if you pick it up and hold it from the bottom, it will immediately change or turn off if you aren't careful. Something to be aware of if using for a photo prop or something.Definitely worth every penny, though. It looks amazing both on and off and exceeded expectations.

This is a handy little product. All of my co-workers see it and want one instantly. Very nice to have my phone sitting next to my screen at work at an angle I can see it.

I need to see the longevity of the product before recommending.

I liked the product however, the buttons were hard to see.It died after several months.I am ordering a different product with easy to see buttons and hope it will not die after a short time.
