Use the provided charger or non fast charger.
UPDATE: changed to five star because it works great as long as I charge using a non-fast charger.At first I thought maybe the cable had failed so I swapped out several cables, several outlets, nope it's the headphones. Prior to that it was beginning to get static, lower volume etc. Note that there are specific limits for voltage and amp restrictions which means don't charge in the car or using a fast charger, and maybe plugs at airports and lounges? This might be the cause.Otherwise the build quality, sound and controls is quite nice.

Comfortable
My son loves these headphones. Only downfall is they don't have a microphone but my son is only 6 so he doesn't need it. The adjustability works well, they fit everyone comfortably and they don't fall off.

Love these!
These lights answered a problem of adding under cabinet lighting in my kitchen! The ambiance is lovely, but they don’t stay charged for very long. We have a tower charger so that works beautifully!

All in all, great!
You get what you paid for, and it is not a bad thing. Works great as compared to other headphones that don't wrap around your ears, for example, the typical Apple headphones. These don't fall off when running and/or any other physical activity. I greatly recommend it!
