The K&F Concept support was AWESOME! I emailed them and within 24 hours - they had a new pair of lamps sent to me and apologized for the defective product. Will consider them again for my photo and video needs! I originally bought a pair of these lights for my desk in November 2022 because I absolutely loved them. Colors are beautiful, battery life is pretty good for the size etc and overall a great addition to my K&F Concept light collection. However, I was very disappointed when I took them off their tripods to find that the plastic base you use to attach them to things had COMPLETELY crumbled, leaving little plastic crumbs on my desk to tidy up. I was shocked considering I turn the lights off most of the day and they are never exposed to direct heat, sun etc where I could understand. It's just outside the return window for these, so you'll be contacting support directly and hoping for a replacement. Seriously a disappointment for what had my hopes high...
