Good quality!
I ordered three of these variable ND filters for my Canon lenses and have found these filters to be of excellent quality. The filters operate in the same way a polarizing filter does. The outer rim of each filter is knurled for easy grip and adjustment. The outer lens is slightly larger than the inner lens which accomodates the view of wide angle lenses.

If you have an EOS-M camera, you should have this
This lens gets a LOT more light than the 18-55mm lens, it is much easier to take photos in dark environments such as indoors. Not to mention the camera getting into the range of point and shoot size with this lens, I can fit the camera in my pocket!This lens seems to produce noticeably better closeups as well, and the focus feels like it has a longer and smoother range (doesn't just jump out to infinity) than the 18-55.My only issue with this lens is the AF continues to reset for several seconds after the camera is turned off, forcing you to wait to put your lens cap back on. It made me start putting the cap on before I turn the camera off.

Works on the new Canon EOS M3
I bought this lens for my new Canon EOS M3. I love the depth of field and the blurry backgrounds of this 'pancake' lens. It's easy to snap this lens on your camera body.

Easy to use and install
This lens feels secure on my camera, unlike other lens I have used. I loved the video instructions as well and the tips on how to use the different lens and the clip on light.
