Very nice to have around.
My family decided to buy this as a "just in case" purchase.Originally we had purchased one for a comparable price point from harbor freight. We saw this one on K&F Concept, and as soon as we recieved it, we knew the one from Harbor Freight wasn't even close to the quality. The length of harbor freights cable is 39" ...a far cry from this one. The screen is bigger and the picture is better. We figured this wouldn't get much use, but in a short time we have used it for multiple car issues, like lost bolts in the engine bay, checking for leaks on hoses we couldn't see, checking brackets inside studs for the TV mount, seeing what was stuck in the sink. We have not had to use customer service yet...so I can't speak on that...but I can certainly say that so far its been worth it and definitely better then harbor freights.
