Brass metal filter rings are always desirable as a best practice approach for your photography
Quality brass rings, adapters or on filters are always a best practices issue and the cost of many top filter/adapter makers needs a solution.
These rings are affordable and nicely made, and I plan on buying more as my budget allows, rather than buying cheaper filters in aluminum, which misthreads easily, gets frozen in place and are generally of a lesser quality mount.
