This digital microscope connects wirelessly to a phone or tablet and can be connected to a computer. The images produced are clear and sharp, and while the magnification isn't as great as a traditional optical microscope, there's still enough magnification to explore the little things around you. In operation, the microscope is intuitive to use, the strap is in the same place as the top edge of the image - so it is easy to aim and orientate yourself. What I love most about the microscope is the enormous focus range that is available - from right at the base of the microscope to several centimeters away, depending on the object and the amount of light. This allows you to look at things much larger than with an optical microscope, while still zooming in and taking a good photo or video. The base is also highly adjustable, with a wide range of places to attach the microscope (it's held in place with rubber stoppers) combined with a wide range of fine adjustments in the base. This allows you to focus on things ranging from a sheet of paper to four inches thick. Great combination of microscope and base.
