Sometimes it reads irrationally
We first mounted the sensor on a beam in front of the house, but it read way too high as the sun hit it directly. So we moved it to the back of the bar and it reads better, but not perfectly. I have a brick in the front of my house and I think it's measuring the temperature reflected off the brick. I'll have to experiment with sensor placement to get accurate readings. Otherwise the sensor is great. Easy to read and seems correct for everything else.
