58mm lens need a 62mm lense cover
Love it works great. However! if you have a 58mm thread you will need to buy a 62mm lense cover as the front thread is larger than the back thread and the 58mm will not fit. Just a helpful tip when looking into buying this product.

Much needed update
The old 50mm 1.8 ii lens has been around for 25 years. It had suburb optics and a terrible focusing drive. This new Lens has the same optics. But, has a much more sturdy build, an excellent STM drive, and a 7 leaf circular aperture. This is a huge update. Everyone needs it in their kit.FYI... it has 49mm filter threads. I just picked up a 49mm to 52mm step-up adapter. It works fine. Now I don't have to get another set of filters in a less common thread size.

Great protection
I bought this for my sigma 150-600mm lens purely to protect it. To be honest I was astounded at the price, very expensive for a protective filter but I didn't want a cheap filter on such an expensive lens.

A Quality ND at a good Price Point
I purchased two of these Urth ND filters, one in the 52mm thread and the other in a 58mm thread. I use both on my Sony ZV-1 with the standard lens and the larger of the two when using the Ulanzi WL-1 wide-angle lens. Good marking on the filter to show where you are at in the ND range, hard stops and both ends, and minimal (if any) color cast. I have seen none of the dreaded "X" patterns of cross-polarization anywhere throughout the ND range. This is a "shut up and take my money" product. Purchase with confidence.

Bang for your buck!
This is a great filter, I use it on a Nikon D5600 w/Tamron 10-24mm lens. The only downside is I have to remove the lens hood to use the filter. Typically if you are using a filter it is because you are working outdoors and a good is necessary. I use it strictly for video to maintain a 1/100 shutter speed while shooting exteriors for motion blur accuracy’s. The filter does a great job! Being adjustable has its good side and it’s bad. The bad is sometimes you will adjust for other areas of an outdoor event and the color changes when it should remain fluent. I’m thinking that maybe I should get a fix filter instead of an adjustable. The positive side is, I don’t have to take it off to shoot interiors. I just adjust it down to 0 again. I’d buy this product again, but I’d also like to try a fixed ND filter.D5600Tamron 10-24mm 77mm thread size
