Pretty fun
You do need to get very close to what you are photographing. I added a picture I took with the lens and then a normal picture with a soda tab for size comparison. I also added a picture of Ash from a burned incense. The light is super helpful. It takes a little time to adjust it but once you do, it works great. I have a Samsung s23. I do have to remove my case for the lens to work properly.For the price, this is an excellent lens to buy for beginners in macrophotography!4 stars because it could be a little better, but the price point makes sense for this item.
