Easy to operate and the battery life is unbelievably long. Conducted 12 interviews ranging between 20 min-1hr and still showing a full battery. The recorder picks up sound extremely well, so no need to have volume really high, which I liked. It's lightweight as you can imagine and transferring the recordings to my computer was super easy. A non-technical person would have no issues using this recorder.
