Easy assembling, good accuracy.
I'm a novice with a metal detector. My expectations were actually a bit low. So I was really pleasantly surprised.
Assembling the device was easy. I didn't even get up from the couch. It came with a backpack for storage and carry, a cover for the electronic main unit, and a collapsible shovel in its own fabric case. There are headphones for listening to the tones.
After reading the instruction manual, I got the device working. Outside in the yard. I knew I had nails somewhere in the yard because of work we'd done on the house. So I was interested to see if I could get a signal that indicated something other than a nail or bottle cap. Tthere are indicators for different metals on the LCD screen when a signal is detected. I did get some signals for coins or silver.
If you're breaking in to the hobby, do a price and feature comparison. I think this one will be favorable for beginners.
