Long live the filters
Prism filter by the now welcome K&F, which offers a starlight effect that adds some flare effect on the light spots that is not bad at all.
Great for backlighting portraiture and cityscapes with lights. The result adds something rather dreamy that makes the photos more attractive but obviously to be used sparingly only and exclusively when deemed suitable.
You could experiment by adding other filters such as misty to it for more ethereal or dreamy effects.
