Brilliant for capturing stunning shots with ease
Like enjoying a well-crafted brew on a fresh Scottish morning, these filters offer both clarity and precision. The circular polariser (CPL) filter is particularly effective at reducing glare and enhancing natural colours, especially when flying over reflective surfaces such as water or glass-filled cityscapes. The ND8 and ND16 filters are very useful for controlling light in brighter conditions, enabling cinematic motion blur that adds a more refined and immersive quality to your footage.
Fitting them is straightforward – just snap them onto the drone, and they stay securely in place without issue. They’re light in weight, so they don't interfere with the flight performance of the drone, which is ideal for capturing a breathtaking Highland sunset. The robust build quality is noteworthy, though I would have liked the inclusion of a variable ND filter for greater versatility.
That minor point aside, these filters have been a beneficial addition to my equipment, offering more creative control when filming mid-flight.
