Awesome for the money
This is awesome for the money. Many pockets, and area for all the gadgets. Well made and looks good. Just have not used it enough to give the long range picture but for the beginning backpack, this is great and fits the bill

Celestron Skymaster Binoculars
A sturdy instrument for spotting celestial objects. The clear image they provide, and their unexpectedly low weight, makes these binoculars a fine accessory for any amateur, or even as a first "telescope" for the beginner. Excellent value for the money.

Perfect for the beginner stargazer!
These binoculars are a really good for their price point. They are light weight and easy to use.

Great little binoculars for the money!
I give it five stars despite its drawbacks because it performs very well at its price point. With such small objective lenses, they don't collect much light so images will be darker. The alternative would be to make them bigger but that would ruin their portability. They're great to stash in the car glove box or bike panniers and if they're lost or damaged, you're not out a lot of money. I'm going to buy a few more for Christmas stocking stuffers. I bought it at $14 but even at $19 they're a great value.

Great for viewing the moon
These binoculars are great for viewing the moon giving a crisp clear image however not so good for viewing stars & planets! The magnification is not strong enough to see any stars or planets very clearly. Also they are quite heavy to hold so I bought a tripod to attach them to which makes it easier to use them. Overall quite good value for money

man there great!
For the money these things are awesome. Has a nice clear image with little or no distortion or blurring. Contrast is good can see good details. there not as good as top end binoculars but there not $1500 ether. The rubberized coating is nice to get a good grip.only drawback as others have said is there heavy, so after a few minutes of looking through them you start to sway around a bit.but it does come with a tripod adapter.

Great binoculars for the money especially
Great binoculars for the money especially. I use them for terrestrial use, but it makes the moon as clear as day too. Just a quick warning, these are NOT waterproof! I dropped them in murky water while kayaking and they are noticeably different. The do, however, still work and I just use them as my rough and tumble pair while I purchased new ones for more careful use.
