You get what you pay for / **UPDATE as of 04/10/17**
I got this as a smaller bag that will fit in the over head storage on planes when I don't need to bring all my gear. Size wise, it's what I was looking for. I have used this once, and upon getting to my destination started having zipper issues on half of the main compartment. It feels like something is caught in the zipper making it difficult to zip and unzip, but there is nothing. It's just a matter of time till the zipper fails, and I can't take a chance on it failing while traveling. Being as I used it, I'm stuck with it. I will be buying a different back pack before I travel againUPDATE*** I was contacted by the seller after they read my review. They asked if they could send me a new backpack, that they wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. I received the new bag, and so far the zippers are working like they should. I appreciate them wanting to make it right when I had a defective pack. I am satisfied so far, and look forward to using the new backpack.

set of opTech loops for switching gear
Now I can attach my camera or my binoculars to the opTech strap, and switch between them when I want to. Can also be attached to each other as a stutdy strap for the camera or binoculars.

Great for kids
My kids loves these binoculars. I gave one child the same brand microscope and the other the binoculars. The kids regularly fuss about who gets use the binoculars. I think they aren’t old enough to appreciate the microscope yet.

My Favorite Binoculars
A fantastic pair of astronomy binoculars. Light enough that they don't need a tripod, good solid construction, extremely convenient and portable. I use them all the time, and I'm rarely disappointed. Good enough to glimpse Andromeda from my light-polluted front yard, and they treat you to lovely views of the Orion Nebula, Pleiades, Hyades, and plenty of other Clusters. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a nice pair of astronomy binoculars that you'll use regularly, and you can't beat this price anywhere. I also own the Celestron 15X70 pair, and while those are even more stunning, they're just not convenient because they're bulky, and too heavy to hold without a tripod. I find myself using these far more often. If I could give this pair 6 stars, I would.

I like the soft rubber on both ends that is easy .
My granddaughter loves these binoculars and uses them on a daily basis! I like the soft rubber on both ends that is easy on their eyes and protects the binoculars as well!

Very clear image for cheap!
I’ve been looking for a good pair of binoculars so my dad and I can see all the animals out at night and this was a great deal for a very clear night vision picture! The recording on it is very handy as well and definitely got the most bang for my buck on this one.

Not for heavy binoculars
I wanted to use this for my relatively heavy astronomy binoculars. It fits in well, however due to the weight of the binoculars, this tripod's attaching screws slowly gives. As my binoculars are typically pointed to a star/planet a slight movement causes the line of sight to change. I'll probably get a sturdier tripod for my binoculars. Otherwise I think this tripod works well for regular photography, just don't harness it with something very heavy.

I'm going to get a good tripod for star gazing
This is my first pair of binoculars. I am impressed, once I got the pupil to pupil width correct (REAL EASY) I have had a blast. I'm going to get a good tripod for star gazing. This was a drop ship and it packing and shipping time was excellent. Last night at dusk, I was following a chem-trail in the sky west of Charlotte. With my naked eye, I was unable to see anything but the plane discharge, with the binoculars I could see the plane and nav lights. That was great.
