Versatile tripod for the price. Could use a quick release system.
This tripod is not as quick as I would like to use in a lot of situations, but that is a trade off for the versatility it provides. Only thing I have noted so far is that one of the legs has become looser than the others, but an alan wrench is provided to tighten it.I do with that the mounting plate was a quick release instead of a twist on.

This is a simple but effective watch. Easy to use to track blood pressure, heart rate, sleep patterns and steps per day. Charge it once per week.

When I got the watch I set it for what was most convenient and fun for me: long reading time, sensitive wakeup wrist move, read pictures for anytimes... Result: Good battery life! normal wakeup sensitivity, nice watch face . I love it now!
