I got this for my 9-year-old son as a Christmas present and he absolutely loved it. He told me that he was surprised by how straightforward the drone was and that it was the most enjoyable thing to play with and he wasn't the only one that was surprised. I also was astonished by how the video quality was at its finest and how the manuals were very friendly. I couldn't thank much for this drone because ever since he got his drone, he started to get out almost everyday to play on this drone; which wasn't normal for him. I strongly recommend this drone for those who is seeking for a good and a simple adventure .

 This is my first drone purchase, and I am newbie. I have never flew drones or anything alike.I received drone in nice packaged. it has the following:1. carrying pouch where you can put drone and remote, for easy carrying around.2. Two sets of rechargeable batteries and a charging cable.3. Two extra mini blades and a screw driver.4. Four protective frame.This is a mini drone, light weight but nicely built. The arms are sturdy. Has front camera that swivels up and down (probably 120 degrees vertical movement), I wish it has back facing camera.Setting up drone was quite easy. The instructions provided with drone are pretty straight forward. I was up and flying in less than 10 minutes. I am an learner, so I am still learning to fly.It has 3 speeds that you can choose from to fly this mini-drone. The app on iOS app store is pretty decent, which allows you to take photos and videos when flying. The photo and video are pretty decent, and were better qualify than I would expect for the price of drone.The drone is pretty fun and beyond expectation. Initially the drone would veer to left and does not hover, I googled up, and it has something to do with re-calibrating the gyros, the are also instructions to do it provided with the drone, and after some re-calibrations, the drone was pretty stable. Overall having good experience and having lots of fun driving this little fella around. You can check my video, which was just after putting and configuring the drone and took it out to fly. It was bit windy here, and you can notice the mini was getting pushed back by winds :) It was kind of fun though.The camera takes good pictures if your drone hovers still, and if you fly around (maybe it is a lag), but I am fine with it. On a complete charge, it gives me up to 15 to 20 minutes of flying.I would definitely recommend this for anybody to learn and have fun.

This drone was amazing and my son really loved it.

I bought this drone for my 13-year-old nephew as an entry-level drone for him to learn on. This mini drone, for the price, is a great little gadget that surpassed my expectations on day one. The accuracy of the controls to the drone itself are quite impressive for it’s size. I figured it would fly very straight because of the wind but it had no problem. It took some tumbles and falls while my nephew learned to fly it, but it held up well. The protective propeller covers are really helpful in preserving the propeller blades which makes it an even better entry-level drone. Again, you can’t beat the price. I would highly recommend it!

Absolutely no disappointments with this drone! Met all expectations!

 I recently had the opportunity to review the Syma X500 Foldable drone, and let me start by saying WOW!!This budget minded drone is packed with a lot of cool features and, takes pictures and videos, and comes with a compact protective case. Initial setup was straight forward. This drone uses your phone as the screen for the remote.You see what the camera sees and for all the GPS features.Must admit this is my first experience with a drone and I got it to set up and connect with my phone easily. This drone has cool features like, one touch take landing, return home function, and return home due to low battery, which all seem especially important to me as a novice drone pilot.The cameras worked very well. It has a front mounted camera along with one mounted to the bottom. The images were clear on both cameras. Unfortunately, I did not purchase a memory card prior.Options:*You can toggle between the two cameras easily from the remote.The images appear clear on phone. It even has a cool hand gesture feature, so when the drone is focused on you can make specific gestures to record videos and take pictures.The feature I did not get to use but look forward to is the human tracking feature. How cool.!!!Take the drone with you for a walk and you get to be the video instead of being behind the camera. Awesome! Case has room for the drone, remote, and 2 batteries and charge cord. The 2 batteries charge quickly and allow for hours of great fun with this drone. After a couple hours of fun with this drone, I would highly recommend this drone to a novice pilot like myself or to someone with more experience. Its compact, has great features to make sure you leave with your drone, and has 2 batteries for hours of fun. Would give it 10 thumbs up for fun, size, and price!!!GREAT FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY!!!
