Convenience and Clarity
If you want convenience and clarity, this is it. I use this for my sons archery practice every Saturday. Its nice to have it on my belt and doesn't swing around like binoculars.

My 5 year old loves these!
I bought these for my 5 year olds birthday and he LOVES them! They are perfect for a beginner bird watcher, and he loves just looking out the window at anything with these binoculars. The neck strap is a nice feature.

Very nice binoculars for kids
Very nice binoculars for kids! They can see a pretty good distance. Although the first thing I did was cut the lanyard off. It does have a breakaway clasp, but I'm too paranoid that it would still wrap around my child's neck.

Nice light weight binoculars
These binoculars will work perfect for bird watching and star gazing. Light weight, easy to adjust. Very happy.

Nice Binoculars for Star Gazing
I have a pair of Barska 12-36 x 70 zoom binoculars I bought several years ago for looking at the night sky, but they are very heavy and difficult to use for simple star gazing without setting up a tripod to support them. Even then, they jiggle around quite a bit. Then a few months ago I read an article in Earth-Sky News about the best binoculars for amateur astronomers to view the night sky. They recommended 7x50's as the most useful for beginners.I'm not a true beginner as I've owned a couple of telescopes and have even taken solar ecclipse photos through a 10-inch Meade telescope 20 years ago, but I just wanted a simple pair of binoculars to enjoy the objects visible in our dark New Mexico sky. The Celestron Cometron 7x50 binoculars fit the bill perfectly. I wear multi-focal eyeglasses and assumed I had to wear them when using the binoculars, but learned that by properly adjusting the focus and eyecups on the binocs, I could see quite well without my glasses. I recommend them to anyone with an interest in star gazing or astronomy.

Very solid tripod. On the heavy side and perfect for lighter équipent (binoculars, star adventurer).Did not come with a transport bag. At this price would have been a nice addition.Overall I recommend this tripod.

Conducive to hiking
Love the fact that there is no discomfort from the weight of the binoculars on the neck or bouncing on the chest. I always wear my binoculars when hiking now. It is so nice to be able to get a closer look at interesting birds, wildlife and fauna while hiking. My hiking is enriched. It is a slight pull bringing the binocs to the eyes. For $ 17 my walking and hiking experience has been exponentially improved.

Small binoculars nice quality
I am a novice when it comes to binoculars. I ordered these based on the reviews and price. I take them to the park to watch birds or at the beach just to try them out. I like the quality, very clear, and so practical to pack in my bag because of the small compact size. This was delivered in a small cardboard box, and it a protective pouch. I would recommend but don't expect too much, they are small, the bigger the magnification and lens the better, I think it is easier to use or would be a better experience. I really depends on what you need them for.
