Awesome Product
This drone is a great value for the cost. My son was so happy when he opened this present on Christmas morning!!Customer service was very helpful when my controller didn't work, they sent me a new one after helping me through the troubleshooting. Directions are easy to understand and the drone is easy to assemble.Would definitely recommend!

F181W is a fantastic mid sized drone!!!
This little drone is a blast to fly. The controls are easy to use for beginners and advanced fliers. The camera takes good HD pictures and video. The size is great for flying outdoors and indoors. It doesn't like a lot of wind but what little drone does. Holy Stone customer service is impeccable. They've been very helpful with questions and service. If you get a chance buy a F181W you won't regret it!

Will definitely recommend!!!
I had some issues with my drone and I contacted them and they sent me out a new one. Everything works good now. They also have great customer service. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Quality of product and picture at great price
I was impressed with quality and functionality of this drone. Camera and picture quality is great. Great customer service. I would highly recommend it. Not too pricey but comes with all bells and whistles

My nephew loves it!
I bought this for my 12 year-old nephew, and every time we talk he thanks me again! There was an issue with one of the motors when he first got it, but. Customer Service was awesome. They offered to send a replacement motor right away but when they couldn’t find stock on a motor just sent a whole new drone!Between enjoying the drone so much and a great customer service experience, he’s one happy boy!

Great customer service!
Drone was easy for my son to learn to fly. Would recommend keeping it lower to the ground until operators get the hang of controlling it. Also, Holy Stone customer service people are fantastic and responsive!

Fun little drone... Great customer service!!!!
So I wanted to add an update... contacted Holy Stone customer service to ask about the malfunction I had, and to see if it was common. After exchanging a couple of emails, they replaced the drone that flew away... I had no expectations. I was seeing if it was worth purchasing another one. Awesome, had a new drone within a week.

I don't think I was smart enough for it
Seems like a great drone. I had a hard time figuring it out. I need to find a easier one so my kids could use it too but I was happy with it and customer service was great
