Bought these to replace older cameras whose batteries were failing and using hard wired power didn't work because battery shorted out...I'm glad I chose these GALAYOU WiFi Home Video Surveillance Waterproof Cameras. The ability to pan and tilt, 24/7 card record and motion detection are all great and can be customized as you want. The color picture is sharp and I like that the night images can be in color as well.But, for me, the BIGGEST bonus if the fact that these cameras are fast. When you get an alert, you can bring up the feed within 15 to 30 seconds. Also, the live feed is fast to connect as well. With my older camera system it was a crap shoot to see if they would even connect, much less load.My only concern? The motion detection is almost too sensitive! Imagine that. If I could have I would have given it a 4.5 stars but went with 5 because I'd rather have a camera that's too sensitive than one that misses motion.In my opinion - great camera for the money.

I have 6 different types of wireless security cameras. This one here I like the most. This can be indoors or outdoors. The quality of the camera is top notch. I really like the looks. The quality is great. The picture quality is crisp and clear. It can be set on SD or HD. Again the picture quality is really clear. Really crisp. Now to hook this up you just got to download a app and then go through prompts listed in the directions that come with the camera. Ya quack and easy to set up but you do need to follow the directions. It’s different on the set up than what others are. Now another thing about this camera is it has to be hooked up through an Ethernet line directly to your WiFi router. Keep that in mind when ordering because when I unplugged the Ethernet line the camera would not stay connected. One of the things I really like about this camera is the way the camera moves around. You just swipe your fingers across the screen and the camera will move In that direction. That’s pretty cool. You can put a small memory card in the camera so that you can record directly into it. You can also take screen shots which can also be looked at. One of the downfalls about this camera is the really bright light that it has. If it dark and you want color footage then a really bright light will come on. Now you can have that off in night mode which is just in black and white which is also really clear. So yes this camera does have night vision which is great. All in all this is by far the best surveillance camera that I have. It works great and for the price you gotta have it. I would definitely recommend this camera.

 This camera functions great in day/night with a very bright IR and the trigger seems to work very well.Some of the other neat features you might not find in other cameras are:A Built in display and controls on camera to review video/photos and navigate all the menusIt records sound - something I haven't seen on a lot of cameras - this may be useful for monitoring/surveillance with the cameraRemote connectivity - the app uses bluetooth to tell the camera to activate it's Wifi - then you can connect and see pictures/videos and download them (the transfer is a little slow but you don't have to actually mess with the camera. I used the Android app and after once or twice it wasn't a big deal but you do need to turn your cell data off and connect via wifi to the camera (the app gives you all the instructions) I usually just pull cards but if it is in a hard to access place or you don't want to disturb the area there is a 20 meter (65 foot) range where you can use the app to access the camera contents.You can also live monitor the video from your phone if that is something you think could be useful.Another feature is that it can do time lapses with a frequency of 5-60 minutes following two configurable schedules - this might be useful for watching things grow or monitoring.The camera quality is good and this setup offers a lot of flexibility for a reasonable price.

I paired one of these cameras w/ the solar panel and it works so well that I immediately ordered two more. We live on a remote property and now surveillance of our front gate and both sides of our house. These also work great as game cameras (as long as you are within range of your wifi). I don't miss retrieving sd cards and replacing batteries in my old game cameras.

Just learning how to use it and trying to discover the features, so I can not give a personal opinion yet except I do wish I could share admin power to more than one person in the household. I did take my time to review and compare surveillance cameras, this one so far does work how I expected and the features for the price, I’m so far happy with it.

I already own the FSC880, it is a very inexpensive, high quality, 1080P indoor surveillance camera. Then I saw they came out with a slightly smaller, and less expensive 720P camera, the FSC776, and thought it would be perfect for my sunroom, it allows me to capture wildlife in my backyard. The camera has exactly the same super easy setup as the FSC880. I use an iPhone, and just went to the App Store and downloaded the app, went thru the add camera via WiFi configuration guide, make sure you’re connected using the 2.4Ghz side of your WiFi, (this is a 2.4Ghz camera only) and in a couple of minutes it’s working. If you want it to work on your PC or Mac, you can use the app on the CD that's included, or like I did, go to the website and download the software, a PDF of the manual is there also, but there’s a paper manual included with the package. It also works in Internet Explorer on the PC, or Safari on the Mac. It works with other browsers also, such as Chrome, and Firefox. The FSC776 doesn't have as high of resolution as the FSC880, but you can't beat it for the price. It has been more than 3 months since I installed, configured and used this camera. First of all, it really has a very good image quality and incredibly sensitive mic ( it picks up sounds from 100 ft. away or even more). To me, the most important part was that it works nicely with Synology NAS Surveillance app. PTZ, zoom, patrol - all needed features work as a charm. I wish this brand had also similar but dome style camera - I would buy without any hesitation. In regard to the tech support - when I had an issue and messed up camera firmware a little bit and was in need to reset it back to the factory settings - their tech support was not too much of help via email exchange but website itself has a nice management software for download and that does all things you can think of. One thing that I should warn those who may not be aware of it - this camera, as many ( if not all) other cameras would like to "report" multiple times a day to their "creator" ( mainly, in China, in addition to the servers that are also located in US) and you better have a reliable and manageable firewall - to block off those communications.

Finally, an outdoor/indoor camera with great performance and a long lasting battery supply.Two of these units are being used to monitor our dog, one camera indoor, and one camera outdoor.The indoor unit is powered with a USB charger, using the battery as a backup should AC power fail.
