I out this into my phone for more storage and it's great.. fits into my phone very easy and easy to put in too

A bit flimsy but were fine for my big new binoculars.

This item arrived quickly. Over all this is a good pair of starting binoculars, for a teen or someone just starting their hobby. The stand and the phone attachments are not sturdy at all and you need to put alot of effort into getting it to attach and work just right. The binoculars themselves are well made and have some heft to them. Using the phone hook up requires alot of patience. if you have the patience you can get it zoomed in just right and take some very good pictures. Unfortunately I don't have the patience and every time i tried to adjust the zoom with my phone it would mess up just a little bit so i would readjust it and it would mess up again so that I couldn't get clear pictures. But thats not really a deal breaker. The binoculars are a good product and i would recommend them.

I always have trouble trying to adjust and focus binoculars for my vision, so that bit of difficulty didn’t surprise me at all. I feel like I need to watch a professional tutorial or something, because it never feels quite right. I don’t think my vision is the the same in both eyes, which my doesn’t make it easier.They are decent binoculars though. I record super close-up footage of my birds and wildlife with my phone and tripod right next to them, so I didn’t necessarily want these for the phone attachment or the ability to record close up footage through the phone & binoculars. That’s just an extra step I do not need while on my own property.I can imagine all kinds of situations outside of my yard where I would definitely want to utilize that feature, so I will update on that specifically if and when those opportunities arise. As of now, I’ve only wanted to use the binoculars themselves, with the tripod (love that bonus!) and they are exactly as described and what I expected from the specs.

A few years ago I quit taking my heavy camera on my walks, opting to slip my phone in my pocket instead. I have found that I missed my telephoto shots, however. I was happy to see these binoculars with the phone attachment.Seating the phone properly to be able to get a good image is very tricky. It takes a great deal of maneuvering and found the phone attachment to be more of a hindrance than a help. I decided to try hand holding the phone and that worked much better. I could approach the binocular eye piece, looking through my phone camera until the image was clear. Then I held the camera tight against the binoculars with one had and could press the phone camera shutter with the other.Once I perfected that technique, I was impressed with the images I could take. I compare here a photo using my phone camera in magnification with the photo through the binoculars. The image through the binoculars is very clear.I like the light weight of the binoculars and the handy carrying pouch and will be taking them on my walks. I think I'll leave the phone attachment at home, now that I know I can get great photos without it.I received this complimentary product through the Vine program.
