Excellent Craftsmanship and Features
This tripod is amazing. It is pretty much 99% metal, so you know that it won't break easily. I bought this tripod so that I could mount my DSLR (Nikon D3300) onto it and mainly take macro shots with my 75-300mm lens. In the past I had been disappointed by a cheaper tripod that couldn't handle the weight of the camera combined with the heft of a long lens. This tripod is the complete opposite. The mounting hardware is all metal and once you secure it to the platform, it's not going anywhere. I was also rather skeptical of the ballhead component of the tripod at first, but after using it I have fallen in love with it. It makes it much easier to rotate the camera for a perfect shot and a knob on the side can be turned to lock the ball in place. I haven't had the tripod for a long time yet, but I'm sure that the ability to invert the axis will make for great macro shots in the future. If you need a tripod that can actually support your DSLR and give you the ability and maneuverability to take game changing pictures or videos, you should definitely give this tripod a try. You will not be disappointed.

Will hold up lighter DSLR's, cell phones. Will not hold up heavier cam - corders like the Sony FX A33. Slids into the camera bag nicely, collapses well.

Great camera for my 7 yr old
I got this digital camera for my 7 year old daughter. It came with two batteries, a memory card, a charger, a small bag for storage, a wrist strap and a super cute neck strap. It is small and easy to use. Great for a first camera.

Great product.... totally recommended
This camera is better than i thought it would be.It was delivered so quickly and came packaged in a cute box and bag.The quality of the item is great and i recommend this camera to anyone looking for something similar to a GoPro. (I think this might even be better)

Great kit - Reasonably priced.
Inexpensive kit with everything you need. All the attachments needed to maximize the adventure camera use. Plus it was delivered quickly and came with a great bag to keep it all organized.

The most well built/designed compact tripod I've u
I was researching lightweight travel tripods for some time. I was torn between Manfrotto's top of the line carbon fiber tripod and this one. There is no comparison. Peak Design feels a decade ahead of the competition. Most notable, is the compactness of this tripod when it is collapsed. Perfect for a hiking bag or camera bag . A part of me was afraid that I would be sacrificing sturdiness for lightweight, not the case either. To top it off, there are a lot of thoughtful features built into the tripod, such as an under hook, to hang your camera bag for added stability (or just keeping it off the ground) and a phone clip. Well made, well designed. Overall, excellent tripod at a very premium price.

Would recommend this.
Used this tripod with our camera and camcorder and fit both perfectly. It's stable, lightweight, and even comes with its own bag. You can move it around and position the camera to exactly how you want it and it stays put after tightening it.

Great Value
This is not a tripod for a large DSLR that would have stability in harsh weather. This is, however, a great lightweight and inexpensive piece of engineering for a compact camera that you can throw in your bag.

Great if you want to take your prime camera but ..
I put this on a Sony A99 with a Tamron 28-200 lens to go Norway. I put it in a shoulder travel bag. Protected the camera well, while not taking up a lot of space. Great if you want to take your prime camera but want to go light.
