Great beginner drone! Excellent customer service!
Well designed and beginner drone. However, I am rating it at 5 mainly for their excellent customer service - prompt response, reasonable offers, and positive attitude! The descriptions of their listing were saying 5 batteries but actually two batteries for the drone and three AAA for the remote control. After they learnt this was misleading, they immediately corrected to 2 batteries and they offered refund due to the confusion. Thumbs up!

Perfect first drone for kids
My 10 year old received this drone for Christmas and it was an huge success. She flew it easily and soon had it landing in people's hands. The nattery life is only about 5 minutes but that's probably decent for a small drone this size. The company's customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend this dront and would definitely purchase another.

Great price point without sacrificing quality.
I absolutely love my new drone from Holy Stone!! This is my 3rd one and would not consider another brand. Quick and easy set up, smooth operation, high quality video and pictures. Customer service always available to answer questions. This drone is everything I could ask for. Quality product at price you can't beat! Thank you Holy Stone.

Good Customer Service
There was an issue with the Gimbal with a broken knob and their customer service expedited the service to make things right. Great customer service and I'd buy another.
