Worth the money, but you tradeoff Autofocus
This adapter has a nice feel and finish to it. It does everything it claims to and provides you with more lens options for your sony camera.Feels solid in your hand and mounts nicely to your camera body.If you can live without autofocus and in camera aperture control, this will be everything you need.On the sony a5000 you can operate your camera and zoom/focus from in front because of the flip up screen.On cameras that don't have that function, this adapter wouldn't be for vlogging or selfie shooting, but for behind the camera action.Sony Cameras also have manual focus assist which is very easy to use.This adapter is very basic, but it does the job and you won't be disappointed if you can trade off Autofocus for price

You can really have it,
I had time to install the camera today, which was easier to install than I thought. It took me about half an hour to arrange the whole thing, but there was a big tree in the backyard. I installed it on the tree, and the backyard was almost within the range of the camera.

A camera you can trust!
My wife and I recently just welcomed our first child into this world. In the months leading up to the birth our neighbor across the street recommended this camera (infant optics DXR-8). She has multiple cameras and monitors for her two kids so she can see what’s going on in their rooms at all times.We did not just take her word for it and my wife was diligent in researching different cameras on amazon and reading plenty of reviews. We ended up going with the DXR-8. I must say I am pleasantly surprised.The camera was easy to set up and once charged and ready to go we were monitoring the baby from across the house without issue. It’s been one less thing to worry about during the first days and week of child care. I recommend this for all first time and returning parents out there!

If you have a camera, you need this
This little item should be included with every camera. It works as advertised and it is extraordinarily convenient to use. Best five dollars I have spent a long time. I have probably saved 10 in lost lens caps.

Best 2.1 system you can have
I have 3 of them attached to HTPC and have helped 4 friends to setup same after they liked my setup and sound.Pros: They have a very deep base which is ideal for movies and MusicCons: The wire for both speakers are 6 feet which I wish were longer, but extension wires can be bought for to meet the distance between speakers requirement of min 10 feet for optimal sound.I highly recomend this product.

Best security you can have.
I have 4 cameras in and around my home, and 2 cameras at our winter home in Florida. I can watch both homes on my phone.
