Great for beginners
This tripod is quite sturdy and is incredibly light weight. It folds easliy and fits in it carying case very well, making it easy to store. The height is easy to adjust both up and down. I was surprised when I extended the legs and center pole all the way and it went over my head.I love that i can now take family photos with me in them as I can now use the timer on my camera. It also helps me to be steady and get better photos of my crochet items and bath products. It's a great addition to my camera equipment.

We bought the GoPro because we wanted to use it in vlogging and to capture footage of our puppy.As others have pointed out, the microphone isn't great. As you can tell from the attached footage, you can hear me and you can hear my bike changing gears quite a lot, but this is my half of an ongoing conversation with my husband, who's on a bike nearby. But we bought this camera knowing that the microphone wouldn't be idea. We just wanted some good quality video with a camera that wouldn't break if it was dropped, and this thing stands up to the test.We did add a bike mount that screws onto the bike for this, because the adhesive mounts fail too quickly.The video is my puppy's second bike ride with us.

Excellent quality microphone
I bought this microphone for streaming and I am very happy with the quality of the audio recording. I also tested this microphone with my hifi setup and it can pick up the low frequency from my subwoofer. This feels like a premium product but at a budget price.

Great for its value.
I bought a 4K Ultra HD webcam by Aluratek for $150and the mic was MUFFLED so I bought this and my co-workers told me that I sound way better. I also spoke really close to the mic and they said that it can be used for ASMR.But look, this is a cheap microphone. So don't expect much but it's definitely worth it!!!Update after 2 YEARS of using:So I finally got a Blue Yeti mic to upgrade my home office... and guess what... even after 2 years, this little USB computer microphone actually sounds better (at least when I test it through Zoom) and it's quite insane! I definitely recommend if you're trying to get a good sounding mic and you don't care about appearances.

External Mic
I own both the Brave 7 and Brave 7 LE. The LE is a fine action camera, but the 7 takes it up a step with the addition of the external microphone. Preliminary field tests are positive, though the real test is coming 3 night camp trip with a strong mix of precipitation and wind conditions.

Good enough for gaming!
I got this as a gift, and I actually really like it! The detachable microphone is handy so I can use my main microphone when sitting at my desk and the headset microphone while playing VR, The mute switch is good for when you wanna be sure you're muted in a classroom just in case, and the product overall is comfortable.

Love it so far
I love it so far , light weight, good video quality, and moves both sides and up and down, I can hear perfectly, I can’t wait till my baby arrives so I can watch him , now I putted it in my older kids room to test it and I love it !
