This binoculars are HUGE! You will need a quality tripod to use them. I got a good deal on a Manfrotto 3246 tripod with 501 head that handles this payload and extends to 76 inches or so. Until I got the tripod I was unable to even test them, as they are too heavy to focus while holding. That being said, the views were spectacular. On my first use, I couldn't see many stars with the naked eye, but when looking with the binos, there were stars everywhere. about 1 minute in, I saw a satellite, and was able to track it all the way across the sky. I own 3 nice telescopes, 90mm, 127mm, and 152mm. My most enjoyable viewing was with these 25x100 binoculars. It is just more comfortable viewing with both eyes, and the double 100mm apertures gather a lot of light and gives a big display. With my scopes, I struggle to find targets, then tend to stay on one target once I have located it. With these binos I find myself scanning the whole sky, bouncing from target to target and overall, viewing many times more targets than any of my sessions with a telescope. These are pricey, but they cost less than any of my scopes and I enjoy them a lot more. Mine came perfectly collimated, but if you get double vision, search how to collimate them yourself rather than returning them. If you are going to be a bino-astronomer you need to learn sooner or later, because nothing will hold its collimation forever, unless it is never used. And make no mistake, these are not bird-watchers specs, they are astronomy binoculars. If I had the money to spare I would buy Orion's monster parallelogram mount and tripod for good viewing while laying back in a lawn chair. there are cheaper parallelogram mounts out there but I don't think I would trust them with these heavy weight eye cannons. On a final note, there are numerous street lights around my house that interfere with my scopes, but these things do a very good job of cutting through light pollution. If you want to star gaze, don't get the 15x70, don't get the 20x80, get the 25x100's. I couldn't be more pleased with them.

Great binoculars! Great price. We use them for viewing the ocean. Whales, boats, etc. focuses sharp and clear. Easy to do both. Comes with tripod adapter and works as its suppose to, didn't have to buy separately. We can use these with or without our glasses. Definitely would recommend purchasing. We are just normal, everyday people that wanted these to be able to view things sharp and clear to almost 9 miles away (that's how far the island of Molokai is from us). Great purchase for the money.

I would never have believed how incredible these binoculars are if I had not looked through them. My brother had gotten a pair. He paid too much since he bought them at a retail store instead of Amazon. The first time I looked through his I focused on a small airplane that was flying by. When I could clearly see the pilot's face I knew I had to have a pair. Some people will find they are a bit heavy to use for long periods without a tripod. However, I have no problem using them. They are much better than the spotting scope I used to carry for birding. I now bird with a pair of binoculars for close view and these incredible Celestrons for everything else.

They're only 2x magnification, so he can use them inside or outside (vs adult binoculars that are 10x magnification or more). They're durable. Only thing I would change is that I wish they had an adjustable length. They dangle to my sons knees almost, making them need to be carried for him to walk comfortably

 I love this company and it item, A little heavy but light at the same time. I can see the moon with this 7X50 Binoculars. Delivery was so quick, came in good condition except the box, Which is besides the point. Comes with Cover for the lens, A Cloth wipe and string to hold it on your neck!.

Received yesterday. Seems to be of good quality, works as advertised. Would've gone five stars, but haven't had it long enough yet. My only other "optics" are a small pair of Bushnell binoculars (16x32) and these have a much larger picture and reach out much farther. I'm literally able to read the 2"x4" label on the transformer atop a utility pole a block away. For this price, I'm very much satisfied.
