Two 1/4 adapter options for some flexibility
Decent mount for a smartphone to a tripod. Not the most robust option but I use it to capture workout form and other hands free recordings around the house.

Robust
Sound is good for spoken word, I haven’t tried it for singing. Good protective storage case.Robust metal construction, similar to my SM58.

Good for the price
Good for the price. Not the most robust tripod but does what it was designed and priced to do with my Canon digital camera.

It Works Great on Lightweight Cameras
Yeah, so, when I started out I had just a DSLR with a small zoom lens and this tripod worked great. Then I added a camera cage because I knew that I was going to make this into a video rig. So the cage was fine, then I added a microphone, then a 7 inch monitor.. then a shoulder rig. Needless to say this lightweight tripod base just snapped in half and that was that. Camera is ok, but as a newbie, I learned my lesson and bought a much more robust tripod. So if you are future-proofing, think about how much your camera will weigh before buying this great, but not robust, tripod.

You get what you pay for.
The last time I bought an inexpensive tripod was probably around 2002. I thought this one would be similar: it was the same price, after all. Not really: it is much lighter, and not as robust. For example, the way the feet are attached is simply a press fit. Somehow I managed to lose one in the first two weeks. It functions OK. It does what it says it does. But if you are going to use a tripod with any kind of regularity, or travel with it to any extent, I would suggest spending even a little bit more money and getting a more robust tripod.
