Looking for powerful Binoculars? You're looking at
This item is one of the most powerful and well made Binoculars at this range of price. Its clarity is absolutely satisfying for its value. You probably need a Tripod for it though, because its kind of heavy for holding steady while watching far objects (your image shakes), with regard to its magnification.I got a used one at first. But it was out of collimation and I ordered a new one to compare it with. The new one worked pretty good, so I kept it and returned the used one. It's been months that I'm using this Binoculars and I'm very happy with it. It is hard to carry it around on the shoulder because of its weight. But its magnification strength compensates its bulky body and heavy weight for me.

Great so far
I bought this to help find alligators during gator season. So much better than holding a heavy pair of binoculars. Very clear and easy to see. Didn't test the range function for accuracy as it doesn't matter for gator hunting. Very happy with my purchase

A Great Monocular
Bushnell Legend Monocular is better then I thought it would be. Having several other higher end binoculars the Bushnell is a great way of compacting down to one viewing lens to save weight and size. I attached a cell phone adapter to the Monocular on a stand and took photos of the moon. It was so clear we could see the mountains of the crators. On earth the terrestrial viewing is very crisp. The pouch it comes with seams to be a camera bag but works. I like the focus nob on the top for easy adjustment. With the 42mm objective lens, low light situations are good without adding weight of larger spotting scopes. Because of the size I now carry the Monocular around more often then my prized binoculars.

Good pair of Binoculars at a reasonable cost.
I have a place in upstate NY... a dark sky and a lounge chair, and the star gazing is awesome. I've even been able to see the Moons of Jupiter with these.

Great Views, but shaky adapter
I've been using the binoculars for stargazing an I've seen more deep space objects in the last few nights than in months using a cheap refractor. Even better, I'm doing this from a light polluted backyard and still seeing things I've never seen before.Stars are bright, sharp, and crisp, while nebulae show nice detail beyond the hazy blobs I'm used to seeing. The only drawback is that the tripod adapter isn't very sturdy. When I try to look through the binoculars when they are on the tripod, they shake and vibrate every time I get close to them. The binoculars are just too heavy to be stable when supported by such a small piece of plastic. But this is a small quibble, and I'm working on a way to strengthen the adapter to cut down on the vibration. IN the meantime, I support the binoculars by gripping them at the ends of the barrels and rest my elbows pn a support.

Good value
While I do like the product, I find it a little bit more difficult to focus than the Aurosports binoculars. It is extremely lightweight and built very well. I am sure as I use it more, I will find it easier to focus.

Regal tripod vs. Trailseeker tripod
If you're looking for a tripod to buy with these binoculars, and are trying to decide between this tripod and the Celestron Trailseeker, DEFINITELY choose this one! I ordered both to compare them. This is much sturdier. Also the plate that attaches to the binoculars, and helps them sit in the tripod, from the Regal is metal instead of like plastic like the Trailseeker's. In addition the Regal has a red security lock button that you push in order to release the plate the scope is attached to from the tripod. The Trailseeker has a lever that is held closed with a spring. You have to put alot of strain on this lever in order to open it far enough to remove the plate. Plus it is awkward to remove the heavy binoculars & the plate with one hand. Therefore you have to hold the Trailseeker's lever open open for a long period of time to maneuver them out. It is very possible that the lever will break after several removals of the binoculars from the tripod. The Regal also includes much nicer carrying case.
