Absolutely Perfect Tripod - No Faults At All
This tripod is a great addition to any photographers collection! It arrived in a very professional looking box which is primarily black with orange accents. The front of it has an outline of the tripod in white, with the orange band around the bottom and the K&F Concept branding above it with an orange camera making the letters 'Co' at the beginning of the name. The front and back are identical. The left and right side are also the same consisting of the same logo, followed by the website horizontally. The bottom of the box has "RoHS", the designers, website and the recycling logo whilst the top has the model number followed by the company logo. This packaging is excellent and really puts the company in good light. Inside the box comes an all-in-one carry case which holds: the tripod, an over-the-shoulder strap for the bag, documentation and an Allen key. The bag can be held using the handles that are integrated. This bag and it's contents are very high quality!The tripod is very, very well made using a strong metal. It arrives folded and upside down to show just how compact this can be. It is excellent. Opening and straightening the legs reveal a cloth bag that protects where the camera gets placed which is just amazing. From top to bottom, there is a plate that houses your camera with a level next to it to get the perfect images. This is adjustable thanks to the use of a ball joint which can be loosened or tightened using the second knob down. Following, there is a nice strap to help both carry the tripod and hold it on an angle for images. Then, there is a joint that can be used to loosen the stem of the tripod, in order for the user to flip is upside down and take lower images which is so unique and innovative. I haven't seen this used on any other tripod. After this, there are three legs that are very smooth to maneuver and can be kept in place in three different levels using the clips; to adjust, just loosen the clips then release when you are satisfied. One of the legs has the model number and logo on, one has a foam sleeve and the other is empty. These legs can be extended using the three clips which each expand to make the tripod to stand at around 5 foot. The overall build, colouring and quality of the product has amazed me. Even the weight feels perfect.Overall, I can thoroughly recommend this product to any photographer or camera specialist because it is amazing. I would score this a 10/10!

Fun while it lasted...
My 11 year old purchased this drone with his own birthday money he saved. The product was delivered as described in the details and easy to follow instructions. My son even learned how to make it flip and do other tricks. This is a very light-weight drone and we warned our son to use it in open space and not when it is windy because there is a high chance this drone will lose control hit something and damage it's propellers. Of course he didn't listen (what 11 year old listens?) and flew it on a day that was slightly windy. The drone hit a tree, damaged it's propellers beyond repairable. Two weeks after receiving this, it was done. I'm not mad since he paid out of his own pocket and learned his lesson.

OMG just when you thought it could not get any bet
I have owned the Mavic Pro and then the Mavic Pro2 and now I see all the fantastic videos of this drone and I am blown away by the camera system. I downloaded some of the raw footage from a YouTuber and was just amazed by the details in the images and the 7x optical zoom. Even the digital Zoom is amazing. It shoots some of the most stunning drone footage I have ever seen on a compact drone The low light video shooting is absolutely beyond my expectations. My only gripe is that I cannot get anything less than the Cine version as I will always be in absolute regret if I don't. The 5K price tag is just as unbelievable as the drone itself but if I need to sell an organ to buy one it may come to that :-)

Small but powerful
This drone is small but I was surprised how powerful and fast it was. The material seems delicate but it survived a few beginner crashes with no damage. Initial set up is easy but there is a learning curve with operating it. Battery life is pretty long and it comes with an extra battery pack and replacement propellers. This is a great inexpensive starter for novice drone users.

Excellent
The drone is lightweight and has its own wifi connection. You just download an app and connect your phone to the devices wifi and you can record and take pictures while you fly the drone. Took a moment to figure out but it wasn't to hard. Comes with a nice case to store it in, which is great!

Very Good Customer Support
The original drone sent to me failed to bind with the controller.Submitting the evidence simply by e-mail and a replacement drone was sent and received without issues.Following the easy instructions available, we successfully activated the device and so far enjoyed many hrs playing with it. In fact, I have ordered another one.

The product is very good.Keep your posture without being blown away by strong winds.This firmware update also enables 2.7K 60FPS shooting.The distance between sending and receiving is also very long.However, since there is no obstacle detection sensor, the first person to fly needs a lot of attention.Please be careful of the obstacles behind you especially when flying backward of the drone.If there is no drone in sight, it is recommended to look for it with your eyes instead of manipulating it.When lowering the altitude, make sure to check the bottom with the camera and rotate the drone once to check the surrounding area.I couldn't retrieve the drone because I didn't check this.I hope you don't go through this kind of sad thing.

Awesome, fun to use
Easy to use or get the hang of. Pretty good drone for the money. Camera zoom ability is pretty impressive when camera is switched to video record, still images are good too. Photos or vids look a little pixelated when you zoom in on captured imagery. It’s still a great beginner drone for the price.

Very pleased
I was in the market for a 2.7k camera not 4k simply because of big file size and importing issues with them and stumbled upon this . It was more expensive than others i found online but simply because this is the first drone i have ever owned , i want features to be exactly what i thought will add value to the experience. I play cricket and wanted to take drone footages while batting . the beauty of this drone was it gave so many features that i never really thought about like planning your route before hand and altitude hold and the value was very clearly mentioned so when i used it for the first time , there werent any curve balls in using it. for the value, options and overall ease of use, i do think this drone does the job nicely
