Mis Advertised!!
This is a very sturdy well designed tripod which is light weight and seems like it would be good for travelling, however, it is a great shame that this tripod was miss advertised. This tripod was advertised as being able to be turned into a monopod as well as a tripod (which was the main reason I purchased it) however, when I received it it was clear that it was not possible to do so. There was also nothing in the instruction manual about it being able to be turned into a monopod.

Bag came ripped - it’s a good tripod
The bag came ripped. I want to return it for a refund but I’ve got a gig coming up I can’t. So I guess ripped bag will have to do. The tripod is very sturdy and the head with pan and tilt is awesome. I don’t think turning it into a monopod would be good because one of the legs becomes the monopod so you have to unscrew it. I could see that getting loose as you use it and it could potentially become unreliable and a liability should it not function as a true tripod, but other than that this a good tripod. Just wish my bag wasn’t ripped

Outstanding Lens
Sure this lens is expensive and heavy but it is worth every penny and pound. Auto focus on a Canon 40D is quick and tack sharp. Motion tracking with the camera's AI Servo mode sometimes takes a couple of seconds to capture and track but once it locks on the lens accuratly tracks focus for in-your-face close ups. Get a sturdy monopod and use a quick release on the lens tripod mount and the weight is no longer an issue. Depth-of-Field is outstanding when shooting at f2.8 at any zoom. In all, a great investment.

Quality optics with all the weight.
Use these for near planet and lunar viewing. Eyepieces individually adjust for viewers’ vision correction and worth the effort. Focus is easy and fast. They’re heavy and for any length of time, you’ll need at least a monopod for support, or GEM to follow an object. Large aperture a huge plus for seeing, but adds a great deal of weight - fine optics weighs more.Order comes with well padded box for transportation and storage - a plus when clear nights come along and something grabs your interest.

Provides Lots of Mounting Options - Well Made
The seller did a good job with photos and descriptions so I am going to try and not just repeat the information they have already provided as much as possible. My action camera came with a good amount of mounts, but were missing a few major ones that this accessory kit includes.Such as:Floating Handle GripChest MountHead MountSuction Cup MountVelcro Wrist Strap / MountHandheld MonopodThese items alone make the kit well worth the money so I ordered up.The Zookki Camera Accessory Kit arrived quickly and in good condition thanks partially that the individual mounts were packaged in their own zip-lock type bags. There were no surprises with any of the individual mounts and all the accessories appear to be well made and very sturdy. The velour storage pouch also seems to be very well made. The smaller mounts will definitely be put to use but I’ll focus on the mounts mentioned above.Floating Handle Grip:It’s made of hard plastic and fits nicely in the hand. The bright yellow color will help you locate it in case it takes a dunk and the extra tether strap is a nice plus.Chest Mount:Plenty sturdy and adjusts to my 40” chest nicely.Head Mount:Also adjustable and fits nicely. There is a rubber strip on the inside of the strap that grips nicely and keeps it securely in place.Suction Cup Mount:Also sturdy with two thumb-wheel type adjusters that lets you adjust the angle of the camera up/down and sideways. The lever operated suction cup also has strong suction so your camera and mount should stay securely on any flat non-porous surface (windshield, etc.).Velcro Wrist Strap / Mount:Has two Velcro strips that run almost the entire length of the strap so it should accommodate all wrist sizes.Handheld Monopod:By far my favorite accessory. When taking random videos or pictures I walk around with the camera mounted to the monopod. I can then take videos or pictures with the monopod fully collapsed or can extend the monopod up to 37” to fit my shooting needs. At any length the monopod holds the camera rock steady and the textured rubber handle makes the monopod easy to grip. You can also adjust the angle of the camera mount up/down and side to side. There are also screw threads in bottom of the handle that you can use to mount accessories or mount this monopod to a regular tripod.Overall I am extremely pleased with the Zookki Camera Accessory Kit and would purchase again if it went missing. Note: I purchased this accessory kit and received NO discounts so this is definitely a non-biased review.I hope you found this review at least a little helpful.

For the price: 10/10
The first time I received this tripod- I got a defective unit. The tripod leg came out. Got a replacement and I love this tripod. It feels good to use. The monopod capability is a huge plus! The size for transporting is perfect! Definitely would recommend!

Decent purchase, worth every penny
A decent tripod and monopod with a very good 360 degree ball head. Maybe it has a low price among some professional tripods, but for me, haven't graduated yet... it's a big investment. I am soooo excited, it is worth every penny I spend. To be honest, it has strengthened my determination to learn photography. It looks sturdy, durable, and doesn't take up a lot of space after being fold up, so it's the one I want. Is this too much that I want it cheaper?

It's worth spending the money on this.
I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this lens but I figured that since I wanted a higher powered zoom lens than what I currently own, and since I don't have the money right now to purchase one with image stabilization and autofocus, I figured I might as well make this purchase. I'm impressed with it and I'm glad I got it.First thing's first: it is completely manual. However, don't let that frighten anyone who's considering buying this. While there are zoom lenses that are 500+mm that have image stabilization, autofocus, etc, they are very expensive. So, if anyone would like a lens with a zoom of 500mm or above spending the 100 dollars or so on this lens is well worth it.Second, with it being manual a tripod or monopod is needed to prevent blur caused by camera shake. I would also suggest to either use the 2-second timer trick to keeping the camera and lens steady or to use a shutter remote to prevent any camera shake caused by pressing the shutter button. Conclusion: This lens is worth the money spent, and if you use a tripod or monopod it can take nice photos. Even hand holding it can take some decent photos. Also, to minimize the chance of camera shake from pressing the shutter button I suggest using a 2 second timer or remote shutter trigger (which is good to have anyway)Below are three pictures I took with it. The squirrel picture is taken by just hand holding it. The two birds sitting are taken using a monopod, one picture is without the 2x converter and the other is with it.
