For the price of this unit and a second hand lens you have a very nice set up for very little money
Works perfectly on the Sony Alpha A6000 as it should.This attachment allows you to use the old M42 screw lenses with the modern Sony E-Mount cameras however bear in mind the auto focus will no longer work while the lens is attached and you will have to use the focus ring on the lens itself.Ive used it in conjunction with a Carl Zeiss Tessar 50mm and it has produced some lovely sharp photos.For the price of this unit and a second hand lens you have a very nice set up for very little money

I can see clearly now!
Superb value for money. Can't believe the difference after my laptop's built in camera. Lens protector is a bit fiddly, but it would be churlish to downgrade it based on that!

Not a bad lens
I bought this lens because of the 77mm front filter thread and close focus specification...the lens does focus close, but it really isn't acceptably sharp to me until the camera-subject distance is increased. At 14mm there is great disparity between what you see in the viewfinder (the .jpg's are beautiful), and what the raw image looks like. I would expect distortion from a 14mm rectilinear full frame lens, but with this lens, applying software lens correction to raw files is a MUST at the wide end, to fix distortion and remove extreme corner vignetting. The severeness of this is reduced by 16-18mm. To me, the lens doesn't feel as sharp as it could be at any focal length, but it's really only noticeable when pixel peeping...that surprised me as most other RF lenses are reported to be very sharp. Construction seems solid, IS and AF are fantastic on my R6 body. Overall. I have no complaints, but think this is a good, slightly quirky lens that would be a great lens at half the price.

Great for the price!
I use this on a crop-sensor camera so I get around 80mm. The auto focus is so quiet and fast but not as accurate. I like the quality of the pictures with this lens.

Great lens cap

Great camera
It takes astonishing photos, the lens that comes with the camera is just ok but if you want profesional photos you can buy more lenses. Works great I recommend it.

Great for the price
The camera is extremely easy to use and install. Really happy it came with a privacy cover as well so that I can keep the lens covered when I'm not using it.

Wowza!!!!!
Holy shi-boobah! This lens performed a lot better than I was thinking it would! I'm posting two of my photos from my trip to Big Bear today that I took using the wide angle lens, and another with the macro focus lens. Wowza! I'm shooting on a Galaxy Note 8. It did take some practicing to line the lens up with the camera to avoid the black corners from showing, but it got easier when you used it more. Tip, line it up by centering it to your lens looking from the front of the lens inwards so it looks like a target to your phone's lens.There was a little bit of an issue with the lens having the strap though. I found that I kept almost grabbing the phone by the len's strap instead of the phone itself which could have been very bad!Overall, super happy with the product. It saved me a lot of money as I was really close to purchasing the Moment lenses.

Works for me
For the price, this is a good little camera. Does everything I need it too. Good picture in my dim office. Built in mike. Lens cover. It all works for me.
