I've always had difficulty getting binoculars to focus for me, perhaps due to astigmatism. Monocular was the answer, and this one is pretty nice, especially for the price. Taught my 2 year old how to use it. Piece o' cake.

My son has been asking for binoculars for awhile now and these ones are perfect!!! They work great for viewing nature in all it's glory! They're also nice and compact so they fit in my purse when he inevitably asks me to carry them for him haha.

Easy to use and nice looking tripod. Nice enough that we can leave it in the corner of our living room behind the loveseat. We have a pair of our good binoculars mounted on it to look at the lake (or lake bed in the winter) where we live. It's amazing how much easier it is to see birds, coyotes, people, boats, and houses a mile or more across the lake. No more jittery views that give me a headache!

I bought these for our daughter's third birthday because she always wants to use our nice binoculars. She loves them and takes them on walks all the time. They do actually work well but don't need to be adjusted. And the fact that they are "drop-proof" is extra nice because ours have been dropped several times already. I would definitely recommend this item for young children.

The local playground has a tower with built in binoculars, but they're too high for my 3 year old to reach. After a few trips where he talked the older kids into holding him up to them so he could look through I realized I should just get him a pair of binoculars of his own. He loves them. He wears them around the house, he wears them in the car, he looks through the windows at the back yard. They're a nice feeling set, sturdy and the price was better than a lot of the kids ones available.

We are retired and we travel as much as we can. We enjoy the countryside and all the wildlife along the way. Until now, we used a pair of binoculars made in the late 60's. Massive, cumbersome and difficult to focus. This monocular works like a champ. My wife had it mastered in a few minutes. I only have use of my right hand, so this definitely fits the bill. I can focus and zoom with one hand. It's lighter by far than the old binoculars we tried to use. Nice carrying case and accessories.

These are not military grade night vision goggles but they do work. They have adjustment like binoculars to focus them. They also have a digital zoom. You have to be looking at something pretty far away for the digital zoom. Instead of the green glow associated with night vision goggles these are black and white. It does have a noticeable glow when looking into them. The light enhancement has five levels. On bright, it lights up an area at a good distance. I don’t know if it will travel almost 1000 ft or not. We have too many trees to see that far. You can take pictures but you would be best to use the tripod in night vision mode or you will get a blurry photo. Once you have the pictures you can just take out the SD card and download the images or videos to your computer. Looking through the lens gives a pretty clear view. Taking pictures requires the night vision goggles to be very stable. I realized that after I took my pictures. These were from about 50 feet away. These would be fine for hunting or looking in the woods when camping. These would also be good for some light search and rescue or night recons for good hunting areas at night. They are a little pricey but it is a night vision goggle. Because it takes pictures and videos, has a digital zoom and IR light enhancement I consider these a good addition if you have a need for going out at night and a need to see without illuminating the area with white light. For daytime use you get color images. Nice clear pictures at a good distance. I would check around, there are other systems like this for less money but I am not disappointed with these. This should be one you consider when you are looking to purchase.

We received these night vision binoculars as a fancy gift for our kids and it’s probably too nice for them. They work very well, as we have used them for night vision both outdoors and even in pitch-black rooms and I am amazed with the level of detail that can be seen.
