For the price, it is a good action camera. Decent videos and pictures. Battery life is okay. Image stabilization is good. Very portable and handy to use.

Good for money
I bought this camera to replace a much older Samsung camera that got lost. I've had this action cam now for 7 months. For recording 4k video, the camera works great! EIS works very well but I found it does seem to blur motion a bit if the camera is moving very rapidly. I also like the zoom feature. Many Gopros of comparable price lack the zoom features this camera has. Being able to adjust the camera with the case on was also a major benefit. As many others have said, the microphone isn't the greatest. It did alright when the case was off, but with it on, the audio is very quiet. That is pretty easy to remedy though, by just turning the volume all the way up on the playback device. But I believe Akaso offers an external mic so that's not to big of an issue. The battery life is average. Glad it came with two though. I have also used it as a webcam a few times and it worked fine in that capacity. In my experience, a good camera for the price.

Good for the money.
I have put this camera through a pretty good test. I have filmed some videos while riding on the back of a scooter and the image was stable. I have taken it diving and enjoyed the picture. I don’t like using this for the camera function though on dry land. When compared side by side the IPhone’s quality was much better. Even an IPhone 6 picked up colors and was less grainy then the Akaso. I have had a previous version of the Akaso and the technology has really improved with this Akaso V50x. The touchscreen was great and it was easy to navigate even under water switching between photo and video. Over all, I am glad that I have this action camera and if I am doing something that my phone should go I will grab this.

Good for the money
Little difficult to get to connect. Once it’s connected to WiFi it’s pretty easy to use.

Awesome product. Make sure to update firmware out of the box... Live stream is cool. Just a hair of a delay..

Good for the money
This is a low budget camera. The pictures are of a good ( not very good or great )quality. The latches keep the camera closed and water out. The camo design is very good. The motion detection is of a high quality camera picking up movement over two hundred yards away! The night vision isn't great, but it is satisfactory. I wish I had noted that this takes a micro SD card, as I wouldn't have bought it. I use mine in the woods and already lost one micro SD that dropped in the leaves. This size camera should have a standard size card. The set up is extremely easy, more so than many other of my cameras. Over all for the low price, its a satisfactory camera.

Good for the money
Works as expected. Just using the Amcrest app to check on status of kids and dog. Not using to record, but I’m sure it would work good. There is a noticeable delay when trying to speak thru the camera.

Good for the money!
So far so good, a friend bought one and told me to try it. This seems good quality for a fraction of the cost of the competition. Easy to use, quite a few different mounts come with it. The batteries came pretty much charged. As long as you get an SD card this is usable right out of the box.
