Best customer service.
This company has the best customer service. I had a problem with my camera ( stopped working, no green light) and customer service was so helpful. They replaced it quickly and even followed up to make sure the replacement worked. You rarely see that kind of customer service.

wonderful customer service and monitor
So pleased with the wonderful customer service of this company. The charging port stopped working and they sent me a replacement. Customer service rep was so wonderful and responsive.

Nice drone; excellent customer service
This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my 12YO grandson. We were unable to synch it with an android phone, but flew it long enough to go through one battery charge. After it was recharged, and launched again, it became unresponsive to the controller, flew straight up into the air until it was out of sight, and we were unable to find it. We contacted the seller through Amazon, and ultimately Amazon sent a new one to us. It synched, and it works great. My grandson loves it, and he's spending much more time outdoors.

Great customer service
I had a recent problem with my monitor and I contacted the Infant Optics customer service. Emma was friendly and quick and gave me great customer service. I would recommend this product not only because it’s great but the customer service is also worth the purchase.

Fantastic customer service! Great product unfortunately broke after 3 months. I contacted customer service, they immediately sent me out another unit!

Love it, Recieved Great Customer Service on warran
Love this monitor, screen turned white after 1 & 1/2 years and customer service honored their 2 year warranty with great customer service. Extreamly happy & satisfied overall.

Great customer service
I purchased these last year and the mount nut broke. I called customer service and they sent out replacements in 3 days. Great customer service!!!
