Trying to focus for a clear picture is not as bad as I first thought. The brightness just needs to be tweaked a little more and improved. I read that some people are saying that HDR is terrible which is not true at all. HDR is only going to bad depending on the device that you are using. This isn’t a terrible 4K projector at all. I have looked at others that are 4K projectors like this and they are just getting terrible reviews. This one is the best overall? It's basically like most projectors you need to watch them in a dark room. The remote should be replaced with a newer model now that I will admit needs to be addressed.. This 4K projector isn’t perfect but then again what is perfect nothing. The picture settings should be addressed as well but to me this is probably the best budget 4K projector out despite it’s issues which can be improved with updates.

 Ok, i came from another less expensive model, the HD143X with 3000 lumens and full HD. This model HD28HDR is very different, the HDR and "4K ready" makes a big BIG difference. The colors are far better, this one have 3600 lumens, the 4K obviously it is no a real 4k but, its not a full HD either , it is something in between, i mean, you will see the difference for good!. 4k is a luxury that in my case, i can't afford it (a 4k projector is $1000 and more), but, this projector is a very good middle point between something real expensive and something very good. 100% recommended. The lamp is very cheap to replace, has 12000 hours lifespam, a good brightness , very very quiet noise. The speaker is really simple, almost weak, but, you don't buy a projector for the power of the speaker right? in conclusion, this is a good choice for demanding users with an intermediate budget. You will not get disappointed.

 I’ve been in the market for a projector the last few months and not only does this one meet all of my needs but it comes with some bonus features. We brought it outside and we’re pretty impressed on its projecting power. It has hdmi and android tv built in so I don’t need to plug in my Roku.One of the big things is the size, I could project up to 240in. I think this projector will last a long time. I’m pretty satisfied with it!

This is a great little 4K projector! I use with my 4K Firestick and movies on USB drive. Works like a charm. It's bright and clear; sound is awesomeI, never need volume above 40%. I would recommend.

Out of the few projectors I have had, this one is the best one yet. Was looking for a solution to the problem I was having of filling empty space in my living room.I have a really long and tall living room wall. Purchased a 82inch 4k TV and even it looked small compared to how long the living room wall is.Started looking into projectors and found the solution to my problem. Purchased a projector and found that brightness would be an issue as even with very low light, the projector was barely visible.Started looking for projectors that offered better brightness but the ones I came across were very expensive.Ended up coming across this projector and it turned out great.No more brightness issues and it actually displays 4k content and recognizes the signal. The last projector I own was 1080p natively but mentioned it could upscale to 4k with 4k content. However it never recognized the 4k signal of my 4k fire stick.This projector however, recognized it right away. Colors look really good and content is nice and crispy.The only downside for me is the sound isn't as loud as the last projector I owned. It had 2 10w speakers vs this one only having 1 15w speaker. Although this can be remedied with home theater speakers.The only other thing that I noticed was the auto focus is very sensitive. Because the projector is sitting on a stand and not mounted it easily shakes which causes the auto focus to trigger constantly when any movement is made in my living room. This can be disabled in the settings but it is definitely noticeable.Overall I would definitely recommend this projector to anyone looking to purchase one for everyday use!!!!

Great value. Returned the $1500 4K Benq projector after it failed and bought this. $625 and the picture is outstanding.

I use this soundbar with my 4k projector and Firestick 4k Max, it sounds amazing. Great purchase!
