For the cost, which was a little over $23 at the time I got it, this is a good tripod. It isn't great, but it will get the job done for most users I think. I've been a big fan of AmazonBasics products over the years, and this is the first one that I sort of questioned when I first started messing with it.The plastic feels like it could be a little weak at places like the clips and knobs. Nothing has broken yet, in the limited use I have given it, but I am being very careful as I adjust things. But so far everything has worked how I'd expect. The quick-release plate is very easy to take on and off, and seems firm so far. I am using a small Handycam, which isn't very heavy. I have not tried it with my wife's DSLR, which would be much heavier with a big lens on it. We'll see.The knob that tightens the vertical shaft isn't quite as confident as I would have thought. It works, but I feel like I could keep tightening and run the risk of stripping something out or cracking something. The crank that lifts the head up and down has a loose-fitting knob on it, which feels like it would break if I wasn't careful. And the up/down action isn't as smoothe as some tripods I've used, but it's not bad at all.The be clear, nothing has broken on the tripod and it is working well so far. I just have that feeling from the construction and materials that it could be a problem if I were to transport this frequently or use a heavy camera on it. For my needs, which are just to sit in the same spot all the time and support a Handycam, it will be fine.

does the job for needing a simple light in our home office

Used it for my daughter cake smash. The backdrops turned out better then I expected. Only thing...the floor part was bit short. We managed to get pic within.

Use them for archery hunting. Does everything I need it to. Quick and convenient.

I use this for flatlays and it does the job. The creases are annoying at first but I steamed most of them out. I wish it was a little brighter white.

Performs well for prices, lacking in some ROM bit nothing major

I wish the battery was bigger. Not good for a whole night. One seems to lose its charge faster than others. Both in the same amount sunlight. Great for the price for convenience at night. May not be there for you in the morning

Very easy to use and the alarm doesn’t blast in your face in the morning, it starts slow then get progressively louder which is nice. The wireless charger is good but when you charge a device it does output a small very high pitched noise that can bug you but if you don’t the best ears or aren’t paying attention to it then you won’t hear it. Otherwise a great alarm clock
