I needed something lightweight that I could easily attach to my jacket, that would be easy to maneuver when viewing game animals at middle distance (100-200 yds). The monocular allowed me to easily differentiate young bucks from older bucks at 500 yards, across a corn field. When I go out hunting in Wyoming, I will probably use a standard pair of binoculars, but in moderate tree cover, stereoscopic vision just isn't necessary.For my purposes, the product works great. I'm able to quickly glass without having a bulky pair of binoculars or a harness. The quality exceeds the price point, in my opinion. Great mini-monocular, small and lightweight and easy to wear round my neck when out walking. I use it for birdwatching, no more having to take my rucksack off to get binoculars out by which time the bird may have flown. The only problem I have is getting it back from my girlfriend. I may have to get her one as well.

We live on 2.5 fenced wooded acres with great horned owls, foxes, turkeys, skunks, rattlesnakes, bobcat etc. These Night Vision Binoculars are useful and fun. When our dog goes out in the evening or middle of the night, I can scan for any hazards. I can also explore what is happening after dark right outside our walls. Good price too.

These night time binoculars are helpful for taking photos and videos. They’re not infrared heat sensors as some reviewers seem to expect for true night vision. But they are great for close range night viewing by combination of infrared light beam and sensitive photo array to see whatever is illuminated by the beam. Also built in photo and video recording. Light and reasonably compact. Good price. Recommended.

I purchased this for a trip to Yellowstone National Park. I wear glasses and it can be a real hassle to take them off...and then use two hands on a pair of binoculars. It was much easier to hold my glasses in one hand and the Roxiant in the other. I cannot comment too much on the visual quality as I don't see too well without my glasses anyway. However, for this lie price tag, it really did the trick for me.

I purchased these binoculars about a year and a half ago. They are amazing but HEAVY. I live in a rural area and used them to watch deer and other wildlife. I can look at deer over a mile away across a field and it brings it close enought that i feel like I could just reach out and touch it. I wear glasses and I've found that the work alot better with my glasses off. I close my dominant eye, and focus in, then i open my dominant eye and focus it with both eyes open. It does take practice and really tiny adjustments to the diopters to get good clarity, but it is achievable. Works great, and I can count points on deer antlers from over a mile too!I did find them uncomfortable trying to look at the sky (moon, stars, etc). The only fault with these binoculars is the weight, but it is to be expected with these types of optics. Unfortunately, only the left side of the pair is usable. I purchase a cheap tripod for these binoculars and the tripod did good until i din't get the altatude adjustment knob tight enough and it slipped and the binoculars tilted down and broke the mount. This is where the durability rating comes in. they fell about ~3.5 feet to my driveway and broke the diopter off the right side, it also cracked a lens inside the bino's. I still use them occasionally. I just have to use the left side only, kind of like a spotting scope.

When I first opened the package I was very impressed with the look and the quality of the binoculars. I took them camping a couple days after I got them and tested them out. The night vision is awsome! It blows my old gen 1 monocular out of the water! The fact that it can also take pictures and video is a huge bonus. They look like something you would see in a sci-fi movie... Would definately reccomend.

I just received my mini scope today, and everything looks great! I plan on using it while hiking and casual sight seeing. I'll probably keep one in the car because I'm always forgetting to bring my larger, heavier binoculars on trips. If the scope proves durable, I'll probably buy several more for stocking stuffers for family.
