The tripod was of very good quality, however, the remote did not function properly. I messaged their customer service and they quickly responded to me. They replaced the remote without any questions and now the new one works perfectly. Great communication and great product.

Such a great tripod! It’s lightweight so it could be tipped over easily but its sturdy and of great quality. Also very very simple to assemble and use.
