First camera was ordered in late 2021 and worked ok at night with flash. Was unable to use until 2022 and at that time flash would not work. Reported problem to Amazon and vendor replied promptly and replaced the camera at no cost. Thank you Liya.

My cameras stopped working after I changed my router, so I called the Amcrest service and Lucas helped me to solve the problems.
