A DJI Phantom 4 has been by go to vehicle for a number of years. Unfortunately two of it's three batteries recently died. My plan was to simply obtain replacements. Upon seeing a Mini 2 would cost about the same price, I ultimately chose to purchase the new system instead.This turned out to be an excellent decision. Performance has been on par with my Phantom. Flight characteristics all appear comparable. My use cases do not approach advertised maximum range, but no connection issues have been experienced so far. Times aloft also seem equivalent.Portability is the best improvement to my eye. I purchased a Fly More Combo for the extra batteries and case. Everything can be stored together and is easy to just pickup when heading out the door. Lugging my Phantom always felt like toting around a carry-on suitcase. The Mini 2 system fits inside an empty space in my camera bag.Granted, the Mini 2 camera does not perform quite as well as a Phantom. Especially under low light conditions or wide dynamic range. However I really only notice the difference viewing raw footage side-by-side. I have not hesitation including aerial shots from the Mini 2 in my videos.Ground clearance can be a concern. The propellers are so low they will hit vegetation if not flying from a paved surface. I bought a folding landing pad to use in those situations. Works great and aiming for a target while landing is actually fun.Overall I am extremely happy with the DJI Mini 2. Super fun to just fly around, and produces beautiful video when asked.

Would I wait six to eight weeks for another one? Nah.I really like the color of the interior: lots easier to find stuff than 'feeling' through a black hole like a lot of bags. The bag was about what I expected.

For a long time I had been looking for a good camera bag for day use. My brother has a Tanba backpack but it's too big and heavy for me (well, that backpack has room in the top section to pack in some food, drink, a book and extra something) and would wear me down quickly. On the other hand, I was considering a fanny pack but it's tight fit for a DSLR and a lens, with no spare room for a flash or an extra lens. Then came the AmazonBasics Sling Backpack.The Sling Backpack is just perfect for a day trip. It seems like a balanced mix between a backpack and a fanny pack. It has enough room for a DSLR, 1-2 lenses and a flash, plus some filters and accessories. The main compartment features adjustable cushioning dividers to customize your own layout. There is another compartment on the top or left of the main compartment for your extra stuff like lens brush/blower and some snacks. A full-sized DSLR with a mid-zoom would fit but it's a tight fit, and you can leave your telezoom lens behind (you WILL need a big backpack for it anyway).The first time I took the bag out of the packaging box, I had a challenging time trying to figure out how to wear it. Mine doesn't come with any instruction sheet. The wider strap has to go over your left shoulder and the narrower strap from the rear goes under your right arm. You can't swap it over to your right shoulder when your left shoulder gets tired.This sling bag is perfect for a day trip when you don't need to carry ALL your gears with you. I can wear it comfortably for half a day without having it to wear me down like a big bag would. The material looks heavy duty and the workmanship looks on-par but only time will tell.Pros:- perfect size for a day trip when you need to bring a DSLR, a lens, flash and small accessories- light weight- customizable dividers in main compartment- separate small compartment to carry extra stuff- well balanced like a backpack on your bodyCons:- can only wear it over left shoulder- main compartment can open widely, risking contents to fall out

4 stars for a great selection of coffees that make me feel like a kid again. Minus one star because one or more of the pods had broken mid shipment and grounds were all over the place when I opened the box.

These are great! The small bag that carries the lights zipper broke the first time I opened it. Lucky for me I sew. I did not feel like dealing with a return JUST for that.

This is much smaller that I expected but still large enough to be useful. I used it to fill in some light a few days after I bought it (photo attached). I like that it folds up even smaller and that it has options for tungsten, daylight, white and black bounce. If you take off the cover it even acts as diffusion.

I really like this bag. Bought it at a third of the price of a Lowepro sling bag and have been trucking it all over Greece this summer! I can fit my crop sensor DSLR (Nikon D5100) + my two main lenses (Sigma 55-200 f/2.8 and Nikon 55-200 f/4-5.6) + Sirui T-005 tripod + iPad in main compartment. Room for cash, sunglasses case, sunscreen, remote, extra battery, and various other accessories in top compartment (I also occasionally carry my 50mm prime in there). You can rearrange the dividers in the main compartment any way you want (which I have done several times). Make no mistake - this is a no frills bag. But it seems durable, is comfortable to wear, and for me has been highly functional.
