Great Customer service
waterproof casing began to fog over inside the lens area of the casing leading to some blurred images. overall I was able to capture some great moments on video. Switching to camera mode vs video mode wasn't the easiest. For the price though out of the water the images are great and video is very clean.Update: customer service reached out and offered to replace my camera and housing. Great customer service as I was not requesting they do this. Just shows they stand behind their products. Very satisfied

Great product and fantastic customer service!
I purchased this product for my second baby and it works exactly as expected! However, I must say the customer service I received over a year after my purchase was fantastic! Unfortunately, our camera fell one too many times and the lens was dislodged. I contacted customer service and even though we were outside of the warranty period, they replaced the camera at no cost! I would purchase this product again and again!

Heavy duty
The setup was quick and easy. I am happy with my purchase but the lens cap arrived broken. I contacted the company and they are sending a new lens cap. Great customer service.
