What you read in the item description is exactly what you get. I purchased this for my sons who is hunter. Every year he goes scouting prior to his actual hunting trip. Simply put, these are binoculars with infrafred light which enables you to see in the dark. It offers an amazingly clear picture. I won't belabor the point. If you're looking for a good pair of mini infrared binocs - this is for you!

They did it again, From their Ground Breaking 1st edition to a current version. I highly recommend this book before you venture out to buy any equipment. Weather it be binoculars, basic telescope or something a little more advanced. This book will help you decide what equipment you need to get started and where you may end up... It will save you time and money....Get out and look at the stars!

 Works great and loads of fun!. If you are expecting or need military grade stealth this is not for you. If you want a solidly built compact product to see nature or terrain at night these are awesome!. Product is solid and frankly of better quality than I was expecting. Comes with nice case as well.Although the shape resembles a pair of binoculars what you would expect to be the eyepieces are actually the input section and you view a LED screen ( see pictures). As such, there will be light emitted from device and no stealth. Having said that, great night vision for a couple of hundred feet in pitch blackness. The video above was taken in a pitch black basement at 25 feet. With a micro sd card ( not included) you can easily take pics and video. Operation is simple. Product great if you want to see critters at night or need a little help while traversing unfamiliar terrain. A great tool for yourself or a great gift for anyone who enjoys the outdoors at night

I bought this Monocular when I noted a helicopter hovering over my neighborhood recently and discovered I had no way to look at the flying machine any closer than with my naked eye. The monocular allows me to observe objects far away without the encumbrance of a large pair of binoculars. Its portability, weight and case make for easy carrying. Although plastic, it doesn't seem cheap. The price is reasonable.

We live on the southeastern coast of NC and have a large volume of migrating birds, whales and dolphin. I've had several sets of binoculars. They are cumbersome to find and focus on the target animal but this monocular is exactly what I have needed. I can find and focus on my subject quickly and it has enough magnification to see the details I seek. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased these to stargaze. It was recommended that amateurs get a good set of binoculars at first since telescopes are expensive and sometimes difficult. I was glad I bought these instead of a telescope. Saturn was able to be seen with the naked eye shortly after my purchase. I got these focused and could actually make out the rings. They were blurry of course and I had to be very, very still. I ended up buying a cheap tripod which helped some. These are best for getting a closer look at constellations, seeing stars that can't be seen with the naked eye, seeing some details of the moon, and getting a closer look at nature. Great for birdwatching!

The description of the strap really does detail all the features of this item very well. An exception is that the little protector tab isn't actually real leather. The little plastic buckle that retains the slack could be hardier, but for this price, $7, it is perfectly adequate. The strap is very comfortable and the opening o rings make it really easy to make this strap fit for anything you need hanging off your neck. I ended up using this for a pair of binoculars for example.
