I read a lot of great reviews about this camera and thats what sold me to buy it. I didn't want to pay a lot but wanted a solid camera and this one fit that mold. I have been putzing around with it and it takes excellent pictures. The slow motion camera is fun to play with as well. One of the main reasons I bought it is to record my teams softball games so I can watch how my defense reacts to certain situations. With its 170 degrees camera span I know this will work. I also like the weatherproof case. That will come in handy if it should rain. It also has the wifi, remote control, and an app you can use. I have compared this to many other more expensive cameras and I think this is one of the best deals you can get with everything you get with it. You get two batteries. I would recommend to have the fully charged. People say the don't last as long as you they want but it cleary states the battery will last longer if you use lower resolutions, turn off the wirelss if you aren't using it and to use the screen saver setting. So how you use it will determine how long the batter will last. Overall I am very happy with this camera.

Great little camera for the price, picture quality is great as well, better than I thought it would be, battery life is okay, but you do get two so it is, what it is, all & all I'm satisfied with my purchase, and the external mic is a plus too!
