very light duty tripod for phones & compact camera
minor annoyance is trying to level the plate the camera is attached to. other than that love the light weight, size (fits in my backpack) which will mean it will probably be available in situations I would not tote a heavier tripod.

No one else make something like this.
Even if you got heavy dslr or MILCs can handle it without any issues. Must to have on the your backpack. Very handy and data to get your camera

Perfect for my application!
I bought two pairs and used them to attach my DSLR camera to the accessory loops on the sholder straps of my backpack. The camera hangs right on my chest without bouncing around and is ready for that quick shot. And the quick releases allow me to remove the camera fast if needed.

good to carry. worry when tight fastened on the ba
I gave up looking for a perfect camera backpack and decided to use a general purpose backpack with this clip. standard plate is really light and slim. feels little bit weak with heavy gear when I mount it on the tripod ballhead and fastened tight. little bit worried about bending or deforming when tight fastened. overall satisfied.

Excellent for hiking with a camera
This product is awesome and makes hiking with a camera so much better. Previously, I would either have my camera around my neck or in my backpack, but now I can have it secure but still have easy access to it for shots!

The best camera strap setup ever for a backpack we
These are the most awesome connectors for a camera, ever. As a hiker, I was always juggling between my pack and my camera strap. Cross body, around the neck, whatever, never seemed comfortable or easy.But these are brilliant. The connect to your backpack (make sure you have the right kind of backpack!) so your pack and camera carrying setup are the same device. Hangs high on my chest, and easily reaches up to my eye. (You know you should never shoot looking at the screen when hand held but always with the viewfinder, right, for stability, right??)A value at twice the price. Simply excellent.

Good for those times when you need to button down
Great idea, but of course you need to wear a belt or backpack or something to attach it to. Most of the time just a normal camera strap is enough. But for those times where you need both hands to climb and don’t want your camera swinging around, this is a good solution.

Yes, I really like it
I really like it with my smaller lighter camera like Sony A6000 APC. You can quickly attach your camera to your backpack when you need both hands fore something else. I don't know how it would work with a larger camera with a big 2.8 zoom but it sure works for me with my light APC camera.
