Excellent headset
If you work at a call center these are perfect. They are very cute and very comfy to wear for long periods of time. I can hear clearly and anyone on the other end can hear me clearly with minimal background noise. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent customer service
Initially I received a unit whose microphone volume was too low and people on call are not able to hear me. I reported this issue to Otium's customer service and they were extremely responsive and sent me a replacement set for free. They also sent me a complimentary set of their latest ear pods.Overall, excellent service and responsiveness - perhaps the best we have seen on Amazon.

Practical and Reasonably Priced
This was used for a face time like call that was going to last for 30-60 minutes. It was a practical way to do the call due to the planned duration. Pricing was good after doing some research.

Exactly what I needed
This adapter allows me to mounta cellphone on a standard tripod for cameras. Holds it steady and can be mounted both portrait or landscape.
