As a photographer i need storage space and quality.This SD card is part of my day. I shoot in raw, and had probllem with the buffer of my previous one. Class 10 that writes at 30 mb/s when i shoot out the buffer i had to wait like 4 seconds to shoot again. With this card i just need like 0.8 or 1 second to shot again.I use this card 4 or 5 times a week. And is always with me.

Snappy camera
I've always loved snapping shots with my digital camera and I've recently been interested in diving into the world of DSLR. I've done a lot of research before my purchase, and I would have to say that I am incredibly satisfied. After tinkering with it for a a couple of hours i managed to find my way around and understand the settings. The images that I can now capture is incredible with this camera. I'm set on complete manual with this camera and shoot RAW, so I really don't bother with JPEG or Auto features. The video feature is decent but it does not sell the camera. If you're just jumping into photography this is a great start for anyone. I had taken a digital camera class in college and help me explore more of the camera's options. AAA++

Seagate 2 TB Hard Drive
This is my third Seagate external hard drive. I've filled two 1 TB drives so i decided to get a larger unit. I use them to store my RAW photos before I edit them. I shoot many more photos than I edit but I don't like to discard the photos I shoot. All of these external hard drives have performed well and did what I needed.

Solid Camera
I purchased the Canon EOS 40D body along with the Canon EF 50mm F1.4 USM lens. I am very impressed with how quiet and fast it is. The controls are very natural and easy to adapt to. The camera takes great pictures with jpeg compression, but in many cases they seem to be blurry when shooting in Raw format. I don't know how an uncompressed format can create unsharp results and a compressed mode can create better results, but I am going to research that. Other than that, the LCD resolution for the 3-inch screen is only 230K.A warning to Photoshop lovers. If you like to shoot in RAW, Photoshop CS2 will not support CR2 files and you will have to upgrade to Photoshop CS3. Lightroom is a popular program used by professional photographers and is supposed to have the capability of supporting the CR2 files.

Looks good and works well out of the box
This TG6 replaces my older TG2. I bought it because it shoots RAW, has higher maximum ISO (12,800 vs 6,400.) I will use it mostly as a highly portable pocket camera and as an underwater camera.Although the manual says that the RAW files cannot be read by anything but the camera, I found that Fastone Image Viewer sees them just fine. And my post-processing software, DXOLab4 also works fine with them. Others might appreciate knowing whether or not other software, such as Lightroom and Photoshop can also work with them. Please comment if you have had any experience.

Met My Expectations
I have used this camera for about a month now. Following are my initial thoughts:- The ability to shoot RAW images is great. Other cameras in this price range don't offer this capability.- A separate wall charger instead of a charging cord should have been included but wasn't.- Photos were very good resolution and were taken under a variety of light and weather conditions. I even used this camera while snorkeling recently in the ocean and was impressed with the color and resolution of the photos taken.- I am very satisfied with this camera and recommend it, especially if the price drops.

Excellent Camera!!
Excellent camera, Mine is helmet mounted and the image stabilization does a great job, some spherical distortion as is expected with this type of camera when viewing the raw footage. Great performance and the setup was a breeze

Only shockproof/waterproof camera with raw format.
I really want a raw format for a camera with a small sensor. This is non-trivial if you want to extract maximum image quality. My experience with small sensor cameras that are limited to jpeg has not been good. Too much default noise reduction, which smears fine detail, and then over-sharpened in a futile attempt to compensate. Only Olympus offers raw format in a shockproof/waterproof camera. It takes time and effort to process the file but the results are well worth it.

Pretty remarkable little camera
I've been shooting for years with 5Ds. I wanted something smaller that I can carry when I'm hiking. Got this kit and also got the 22mm Canon pancake lens. I'm very pleased. Very light weight and excellent image quality. I shoot on Raw, but the jpeg settings are good as well. It isn't a camera you really want to shoot in manual mode as there is only one adjustment wheel, but aperture or shutter priority settings work well. The included zoom works fine and the 22 is as sharp as my L series lenses for my pro bodies.If you're looking for something that's better than a point and shoot, but not bulky, this is a great option.
