It is flexible and stable. If only it is light and weight, 5/5 would recommend. Nevertheless it is a sturdy tripod.

Good Light Weight Tripod
Not a pro level tripod and didn't expect one either however it does the job that I needed it for. Used it inside and outside without complaint. If you are expecting to carry this on an overland trek in the wilderness to capture that 1 in million shot, buy a pro level tripod or stick type stand... dont be cheap.
