This has made all the difference in tracking my activity. It is very accurate with step counting. The app is also incredibly easy to use. My only complaint is that the vibration for the alarm is very minimal. If you are a heavy sleeper or in deep sleep it will definitely not wake you up so don't count on this as an alarm. Also, I am not sure if there is a way to get this to track sleeping activity during the day. But so far it has not tracked any of my daytime sleeping which is kind of important for me because I work graveyard. There could possibly be a setting that I may have missed for this so I'm still giving it 5 stars. The battery also lasts forever, I charge it about once every two weeks.

Must Have for Any Studio

Great product, selfie stick and tripod as well
I love this purchase. Finally I found a very light selfie stick and also tripod for my iphone, plus it also comes with bluetooth remote. It's light and manageable. Good for my world travels. I use it to record videos. I also use the tripod to take amazing panoramic shots. In the past I use a flimsy selfie stick for my iphone and another tripod for my DLSR. Nowadays, I only travel with my fudgetek tripod. It is stable and fits in my backpack.
