At home or in the gym, or when you exercise, the position of you stay there, because you don't mobile GPS will find a place for you, and will continue to sync your records, and do not need to consume large amounts of power (battery), and left it there in the evening, so that it will keep track of your sleep.Good luck. I totally recommend this watch.When you put it on, you don't even feel it on your hand.Enjoy!

Follow instructions to install
Lovely lights, they work perfectly. Good size. Just make sure you follow the instructions when installing. Otherwise it’ll be a big tangle!

Works great
Very easy to install and run it. Not much tech technology is needed as long as you follow the instructions. There are plenty of videos tutorials on how to install it out there.

Make sure our film in correctly & carefully
Bought one for myself & then my daughter wanted one for college. Easy to use once you figure everything out. Not many directions to follow.

Best bang for the buck
Very detailed and easy to follow instructions. The kit comes with everything you need and then some and works very smooth and quietly! Definitely recommend this brand

Read Ronald Epstein’s Tutorial dated July 4, 2017
I love this device and it’s ability to link with Alexa. However, you do need to read and follow Ronald Epstein’s tutorial (Read this Tutorial for linking with Amazon Alexia) dated July 4, 2017. If you follow his instructions you will be up and running quickly and smoothly.I did discover that if the Alexia device is located to close to a speaker the device will stop responding when the volume gets to high.Great tutorial Ronald!!! Thanks.
